Emily Van Damme

Emily Van Damme graduated with a law degree from Ghent University in 2010 and began her career at dlpa. In 2014, she completed an additional master's in intellectual property law. Since 2019, she has been a partner at dlpa.
As a passionate speaker, Emily won the Kortrijk Bar Pleading Competition in 2011, the Flemish Pleading Jewel, and placed on the podium at the Southern Pleading Competitions in Breda in 2012. Emily also served as a board member of the Young Bar Kortrijk for four years.
At dlpa, she focuses on intellectual property law, distribution law, and commercial law, supported by her years of experience. Emily also regularly gives seminars and lectures on these topics.
