Arbitration

If litigation is inevitable, we can act as a litigator on your behalf before all national courts of law. Sometimes, it may be a good idea to appeal to an arbitration panel rather than placing your dispute before a regular court of law. This is particularly the case if you require the specialised knowledge of an arbitrator, or if discretion is required with regard to the adjudication. We will be happy to defend your interests before arbitration panels. Our law firm is regularly appointed as an arbitrator.
