Dieter Ossaer

Lawyer since 2023

Dieter Ossaer graduated with a master's degree in law from Ghent University in 2022 and obtained an additional master's degree in corporate law from KU Leuven in 2023. During his studies, he was active as a board member of the Student Association for Rental Disputes ("Op Krot"), which supports student tenants with rental issues.

Dieter joined dlpa in 2023, where he focuses on corporate conflicts, liquidations, judicial reorganizations, and restructurings.
