Stefan Verstraete

Stefan Verstraete obtained his master's degree in law from Ghent University in 2023, with a focus on broad real estate and business law. During his studies, Stefan was active as a Legal Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting and the Student Association for Rental Disputes ("Op Krot").
Stefan began his career as a lawyer in 2023 and joined dlpa in 2025. Within dlpa, he mainly focuses on broad real estate law and more specifically on construction and contracting law, (commercial) leases, (apartment) co-ownership, and real estate contracts and transactions.
