Louis Warlop

Louis Warlop graduated in 2025 with a master's degree in law from Ghent University, with a strong interest in corporate law. Prior to that, he obtained a master's degree in political communication from the University of Antwerp in 2015 and an additional master's degree in management from the Antwerp Management School in 2016. Before transitioning to law, Louis worked at employer organizations UNIZO and VBO, where he gained significant expertise in social dialogue between employers and employees.

Within the firm, Louis primarily handles cases in broad corporate law, particularly shareholder's agreements, corporate conflicts, acquisition of shares and corporate criminal law.
