Arnoud Declerck obtained his law degree from Ghent University in 1979, after which he immediately started working as a lawyer. He is also a founding partner at the firm.
Arnoud has been assisting businesses and their stakeholders for many years with all the legal questions that confront them. He has built up considerable experience. Mandates as an insolvency practitioner for businesses in liquidation, which he took on for several years, have also contributed to his sound expertise and given him practical insight into how businesses work.
Nowadays, Arnoud is mainly active in the sectors of company and commercial law, building contracts and administrative law.
