Wouter Derveaux
Wouter Derveaux graduated with a Masters degree in law from the University of Ghent in 1996.
He was called to the bar in the judicial district of Kortrijk on 26 September 1996 and became a partner with Leterme & Partners on 1 January 2006, subsequently becoming a partner in the newly-formed Declerck Leterme Partners on 1 July 2008.
At Declerck Leterme Partners Wouter mainly specializes in social law (individual labour law, collective labour law and social security law). Within this field he has extensive experience both in providing legal advice and in trial work.
Wouter Derveaux regularly lectures on aspects of individual and collective labour law.
