Maude Mertens
Maude Mertens graduated with a Masters degree in law from the University of Ghent in 1997 and later acquired a further postgraduate degree in intellectual property law from the Catholic University of Brussels in 2004.
She was called to the bar in the judicial district of Kortrijk in 1997 and has worked for Declerck Leterme Partners since 1 September 2008.
Maude mostly specializes in company law and has an extensive experience in this field, including giving legal advice, drafting contracts and court work.
